 Who is permitted or qualified to start and manage their hash's Visual OnSec On-Line Account?
Any member of mismanagement who is registered as a member of the worldhhh.com or worldhashspace.com and permission of the hash to create one. You must also have your address, at least one phone number, and email address completed in your account before creating a Visual OnSec On-Line account. If your hash already has an account, active or inactive, you will need to contact the Global Trash editor for a transfer.

* Automatic Website Creation - When you create your Visual OnSec On-Line account for your hash, a website is immediately created at the same time. It will use the default information you have included in your world directory entry for your hash. Of course, if your directory entry is thin, so will be the information provided on the website, but you can use your website manager to add information any time. There is a tool in your website manager to change your color and font schemes for your website pages as well as add some basic photos, or not. You do not need to know anything about HTML website design to create your website and manage your hash online, just fill out some forms. However, if you do know some HTML, you can tailor the look of your pages with it. It is all optional.
* Hareline - Here is where you keep the calendar of upcoming runs. Each hash is assigned a run number which then is used to key on any Hash Trash you write or picture you take for that run and place in the photo album.
* Hash Trash - Using the runs listed in the Hareline, your writeups of runs can be keyed to that hareline and listed for your readers. Once a writeup is brought up, any pictures for that run are linked to the Hash Trash for that run as well.
* Hash Flash - This is your hash photo album. Album pages may be keyed to the run or the miscellaneous album page. Pictures may be linked to other pages on your site easily using the FAQ as a guide to that picture's URL.
* Forum - This is a new Visual OnSec feature still in the development stages, however, when completed, every Visual OnSec hash website will have their own Hash Forum or blog where members can discuss hash related threads. Mismanagement has the ability to remove unwanted posts and even deny posting to members who abuse the forum with negative posts. This is all controlled from the Hash Roster.
* Hash Roster - Once placed in anything from a word document to a spreadsheet, this is now a part of the world hasher database. Your Hash Roster allows you to key to the data provided by tens of thousands of hashers in the worldhhh.com and worldhashspace.com. Therefore, if they list your hash as their hash, when you create your Visual OnSec account, a roster of current members on the world site will automatically be assigned to your Hash Roster. You can then go in and edit, delete and add as needed to catch up your roster. You can keep such items as contact information; T-shirt size; attendance, haring and even caught hare statistics. If a member in your roster is a registered member of the world hasher database, you do not have to do anything, they will be responsible for keeping their contact data current for you, saving you a lot of time and effort. They need only log into the world site and update their data and you have the latest.
* Hash Cash - Currently, this is a basic ledger of money received and expenditures for the hash kept by category of account, such as hash cash, refreshments, food, events, etc. When it is fully developed, there will be financial reports made available where you can keep track of categories of spending.
* Links - This allows you to send your readers to other hash related sites or sites of interest to your hash.
* About Us - When setting up the account, a basic history of the Hash House Harriers is placed on this page, however, you can tailor it to include the local history of your own hash.
* Hash Page - We can never think of every type of page your hash would want on the website. This allows you to list pages in the side menu for such web pages as local trail marking guidelines or other hare guidelines, glossaries, pages for mismanagement to put their ideas out, etc.
* Event Manager - This feature is also new to Visual OnSec and under development. Once completed, you will be able to build a tailored Interhash weekend registration form to collect data on registrations, track payments, list registrants and provide information and registration lists to those participating in the event.
* Security Access Levels - You can tailor access to the website manager to various mismanagement, so that only those who need access to change a feature will get that access. For example, the Hash Cash will only be able to have access to the ledger, the Hash Flash to that page, the scribe to the Hash Trash, the On Sec to the Hash roster, the Trail Master to the Hareline, etc. Mismanagement of smaller hashes or key mismanagement figures could get multiple assignments by the simple act of checking off the areas they should have access to.
